Do you ship the orders on our behalf?
Yes, we ship orders directly to your customers. We ship pan-India and internationally. For international shipping, rates would be shared as and when required.
What happens to returned items and RTOs?
Items are eligible for returns only if returned in original packaging and with brand tags intact. The product is checked for any defect and it found fit to be used, is used for new orders. Any product that comes back as RTO is stored in the warehouse for a duration of 30 days and re-used in new orders. If unsold, you can choose to list the products at higher discounts for clearance.
Which ecommerce platforms do you integrate with?
We integrate with Shopify, BigCommerce and Magento. If you use platforms outside of this, our team helps in integration.
